1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the following meanings:

• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with any booking confirmation or service arrangement agreed with Foldwise
• "Service" — the educational workshops, planning kits, and preparation programmes offered by Foldwise
• "User" / "You" — any individual who accesses this website or engages with Foldwise's services
• "We / Us / Our / Foldwise" — Foldwise, operating from 88 Klang Mueang Road, Nai Mueang, Mueang Khon Kaen, Khon Kaen 40000, Thailand
• "Content" — all text, worksheets, printed materials, session notes, and other resources produced by Foldwise

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging with any Foldwise service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or our services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Service Description

Foldwise provides educational workshops, planning resources, and preparation programmes related to family transitions. All services are strictly educational and informational in nature. Nothing provided by Foldwise constitutes legal advice, financial advice, psychological or clinical support, professional representation, or any form of regulated professional service.

Services are available to individuals in Thailand. Foldwise does not offer services to minors and does not provide any content that constitutes advice directed at children.

4. Educational Nature of Services — Important Limitation

You acknowledge and accept that:

• Foldwise is an educational service only, and all materials, sessions, and resources are informational
• Nothing provided by Foldwise should be relied upon as professional advice of any kind
• Foldwise staff are not qualified legal, financial, or clinical professionals, and do not act in those capacities
• You are responsible for seeking appropriate professional advice from qualified practitioners for formal legal, financial, or personal matters
• Foldwise makes no representation that outcomes described in our materials will apply to your individual circumstances

5. User Responsibilities

When using this website or our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in enquiry forms and communications
• Use our services and materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not reproduce, distribute, or sell Foldwise content without prior written permission
• Not use the website or services in any way that may be unlawful or harmful to others
• Respect the confidentiality of information shared in facilitated sessions

6. Intellectual Property

All content produced by Foldwise — including worksheets, session guides, printed materials, and website content — is the property of Foldwise and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials provided as part of a confirmed service arrangement, for personal use only. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute Foldwise materials without written permission.

7. Payment Terms

Fees for each service are as displayed on our website:

• Clear Talk Session: ฿3,500
• Household Planner Kit: ฿11,000
• Full Preparation Programme: ฿30,600

Payment arrangements are confirmed directly after your initial enquiry. Services will be confirmed once payment is received or agreed in writing. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and are stated in Thai Baht (THB).

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session will be offered a rescheduled appointment at no extra charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in loss of the session fee. The Household Planner Kit, once despatched or collected, is non-refundable.

8. Disclaimers

Our services and materials are provided on an "as is" basis. Foldwise does not warrant that our educational content is complete, error-free, or suitable for every individual situation. We do not make representations about outcomes or the suitability of information for any specific legal, financial, or personal circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Foldwise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to decisions made in reliance on our educational materials. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Foldwise harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services in a manner inconsistent with these terms, or from any misrepresentation you make in connection with an engagement with Foldwise.

11. Termination

Foldwise reserves the right to decline or discontinue services to any individual at its discretion, particularly where the intended use appears inconsistent with our educational remit. In such cases, any prepaid fees for services not yet delivered will be refunded.

You may withdraw from an arrangement at any time by contacting us in writing, subject to the cancellation terms above.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Khon Kaen Province, Thailand. We encourage informal resolution of any concerns in the first instance by contacting us directly.

13. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These terms, together with any confirmed booking details, constitute the entire agreement between you and Foldwise for the relevant service.
• Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in force.
• Waiver: Failure by Foldwise to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver of that term.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms to any third party without prior written consent from Foldwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued engagement with Foldwise after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
